This project is a 3D animation implementation of the operating principle and drug delivery system of the Piezo DDA microneedle patch applicator designed by Piezonix.

The product is designed to deliver drugs while minimizing skin burden by using ultra-fine microneedles that are only about one-third the thickness of a human hair.

In particular, a lead-free piezoelectric material was applied; when power is supplied, micro-vibrations are generated, and this vibration is precisely visualized as it enables stable drug delivery through the needles.

A consistent and accurate dose of drug is delivered through coated needles, and the structure that allows drug injection into deeper layers of the skin for up to 30 minutes is illustrated step by step.

In addition, the mechanism maintaining a high bioavailability with a drug delivery success rate of over 97% is intuitively presented, focusing on effectively conveying the technical strengths of a next-generation drug delivery system that is close to painless and highly user-friendly.
